To work and serve collaboratively with children, teens, adults including other agencies, to provide services that will improve the quality of life and foster a sense of family, communal and empowerment in the neighborhood. 

A program(s) where children are inspired to develop a healthy lifestyle, creative initiative, mental agility and civic literacy in a neighborhood environment.

1. Serving children, adults, and families to meet basic needs of life.
2. Stimulating hope and support to strengthening community by connecting people with people who in turn can build relationships.
3. Serve in a manner that includes interaction with community services network and Boutte Community Outreach Program objectives.
4. Children/teens/adults have a range of experiences from which to make healthy and purposeful choices.
5. Services must be driven and culturally sensitive for children/teen/adults.
